(Photo by Apichit Jinakul)Customs officials have confiscated counterfeit sports shoes worth at least 100 million baht during a raid at a building in Muang district of Samut Prakan. Customs Department director-general Kulit Sombatsiri said on Friday that the building was used as a warehouse to store 70,000 pairs of sneakers. All of the seized sneakers were shown to the media on Friday before being handed to the Department of Intellectual Property for destruction. Fake sports shoes are shown to the media at the Customs Department.
